The D.A.T.E. Cheer Clinic Registration Form will register your child for cheer camp. Please complete all sections accurately and be sure to follow up with any needed documents. Participation in the Cheer clinic is MANDATORY if your child wants to try out for the Varsity or Jr. Varsity Cheer Team.
